Welcome to DRIP. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing DRIP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

By registering for or using DRIP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rabbitt AI.

3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use DRIP for any of the following:
- Any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempting to breach platform security
- Reverse engineering platform components
- Automated scraping without authorization
- Impersonating other users or entities
- Distributing malware or harmful code
- Interfering with platform performance
- Violating any third-party intellectual property
4. IP Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rabbitt AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User Content
While you retain ownership of your code submissions, you grant Rabbitt AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and analyze your content solely for providing and improving our assessment services.
5. Liability
Rabbitt AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. The service is provided "AS IS".
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rabbitt AI is headquartered.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcements.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
